Steven Penczak, 71 of Addison. Beloved husband of Lucy nee Samluk. Dear brother of Stan (the late Dolores) and Diane (Phil) Fontanetta. Dearest uncle of Scott (Jodi) and Greg (Nina) Penczak, Nicole (John) Annarella, Kerri (Bob) Koutoulegenis, and Allison and Matthew Samluk. Fond brother-in-law of Mike (Betty) Samluk. Memorial Visitation Saturday, July 16th, 1-4 PM with a Memorial Service at 3 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Interment private. Steve was the former deputy finance officer for the Village of Westmont and an Army veteran. If desired, memorials to Honor Flight Chicago greatly appreciated.
